1. 服务简介
CheckFlow 是一款基于 iOS 平台的任务管理应用，支持 iCloud 数据同步、本地通知、本地数据存储，以及应用内购项目。
2. 用户数据
- 您在 CheckFlow 中创建的所有数据均存储在您的设备本地或通过 iCloud 同步到您的其他设备上。
- 我们不会收集、存储或处理您的个人数据。
- 您可以随时通过应用内的导出功能备份您的数据。
3. 用户责任
- 您应当遵守相关法律法规，不得利用本应用从事任何违法活动。
- 您应当妥善保管您的设备和账号，因您个人原因导致的数据丢失，开发者不承担责任。
4. 通知服务
- CheckFlow 可能会向您发送本地通知，用于提醒您的待办事项。通知内容仅在本地处理，不会上传至服务器。
5. 应用内购
- CheckFlow 提供部分付费功能，您可通过 Apple 的应用内购（In-App Purchase, IAP）完成购买。
- 所有内购交易均通过 Apple 平台完成，开发者不直接处理您的支付信息。
- 付费功能的具体内容和价格以应用内展示为准。
- 内购项目一经购买，除法律规定外不支持退款。
6. 知识产权
- CheckFlow 的所有权利均归开发者所有，包括但不限于软件、商标、专利等知识产权。
- 未经许可，您不得对本应用进行反编译、反向工程、破解或其他侵犯知识产权的行为。
7. 免责声明
- CheckFlow 按”现状”提供服务，不对服务的适用性、可靠性、准确性等做任何明示或暗示的保证。
- 开发者不对因使用本应用而直接或间接导致的任何损失承担责任。
8. 协议的变更与终止
- 开发者有权根据需要修改本协议，变更内容将在应用内通知。若您不同意变更内容，可选择停止使用 CheckFlow。

User Agreement (English)
Welcome to CheckFlow! Please read and agree to the following User Agreement before using this app.
1. Service Overview
CheckFlow is a task management app for iOS, supporting iCloud data sync, local notifications, local data storage, and in-app purchases.
2. User Data
- All data you create in CheckFlow is stored locally on your device or synced to your other devices via iCloud.
- We do not collect, store, or process your personal data.
- You can back up your data at any time using the export feature in the app.
3. User Responsibilities
- You should comply with relevant laws and regulations and not use this app for any illegal activities.
- You should properly manage your device and account. The developer is not responsible for data loss caused by your personal reasons.
4. Notification Service
- CheckFlow may send you local notifications to remind you of your tasks. Notification content is processed only on your device and is not uploaded to any server.
5. In-App Purchases
- CheckFlow offers some paid features that you can purchase through Apple’s In-App Purchase (IAP).
- All in-app transactions are completed through the Apple platform. The developer does not directly process your payment information.
- The specific content and prices of paid features are subject to the display in the app.
- Once purchased, in-app items are non-refundable except as required by law.
6. Intellectual Property
- All rights to CheckFlow belong to the developer, including but not limited to software, trademarks, patents, and other intellectual property rights.
- Without permission, you may not decompile, reverse engineer, crack, or engage in other activities that infringe intellectual property rights.
7. Disclaimer
- CheckFlow provides services “as is” and makes no express or implied warranties as to the applicability, reliability, accuracy, etc. of the services.
- The developer is not responsible for any direct or indirect losses caused by the use of this app.
8. Changes and Termination of Agreement
- The developer has the right to modify this agreement as needed, and changes will be notified in the app. If you do not agree with the changes, you can choose to stop using CheckFlow.
